1.DETAILS

 

🌷 Price includes shoes and embroidery design as shown in the picture.

(This means you will receive a finished pair of shoes.)

 

🌷 If you can't find a pair of shoes you like, you can send me the pair you want embroidered, or I can purchase them for you.

 

🌷 Orders will be HAND-EMBROIDERED to order. Please ensure you choose the correct shoe size before payment.

 

🌷 All orders are embroidered with high-quality, durable thread that won't fade when wet.

 

🌿🌿🌿 Please note that the color of the actual product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to lighting or differences in computer screen settings.

2.EXPRESS YOURSELF

 

Create your own unique style with personalized embroidery designs!

 

🌟 In the "Personalization Embroidery" section, you can leave a message and image of the custom embroidery you want on your shoes and message me directly. We can design the embroidery pattern for your shoes together, or you can draw your own pattern based on the shape of the area to be embroidered on the shoe and send me the image.

 

You can design the embroidery from:

• Your favorite flowers/animals/images…
• Your wedding flowers/bouquet…

 

🌟 I will send you the embroidery drawing before embroidering on the shoes. Or you can design your own pattern to fit the empty space on the shoe and send me a picture.

 

🌟 Custom embroidery fee ranges from $10-$30 USD, depending on the detail of the embroidery.

 

3.NOTE:

 

If you choose Converse shoes, please note the following:

 

🍄 On their website, Converse recommends buying half a size smaller because Converse shoes are generally wider than regular shoes.

 

🍄 However, we only recommend this if you have narrow feet, as Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars and Converse Chuck 70s have standard sizing but a rather narrow fit.

 

🍄 If you have wider feet, you should buy half a size larger because the shoes are quite narrow and don't stretch much due to the material.

 

🍄 If you already own a pair of Converse, just buy the same size.

 

🍒 If there is a problem with your shoes (e.g., wrong size), I am happy to exchange them for you as long as you contact me within 3 days of receiving the product. The shoes must be in their original, unused condition.

 

The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping and customs costs in both directions for size exchanges.

 

4.EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

 

🌿 Embroidered shoes can be exchanged if they are not custom or personalized embroidery.

 

🌿 If you must return the item to us, please use a registered regular postal service, not express delivery.

 

🌿 You can request to see photos of the shoes before delivery by noting this in the "write to seller" section before payment.

 

🌿 The buyer will bear all return shipping costs if the product matches the description and images in the listing.
